Toby surrendered to service of the Lord in 2014, starting in youth ministry. He came to CHBC in early 2019 as the family pastor and was asked to be the pastor in November 2023. Toby also works in healthcare facilities engineering, safety, and emergency management. Serving alongside him is his wife Jill. She has worked in both children's and youth ministries as well as helping with our worship team. She works in children's home health. In their spare time, they enjoy reading, movies, concerts, spending time with friends and family, and traveling around exploring God's creation. 

I've known Chad for many years but I've had the privilege of getting to really know his heart over the past few. I truly wish I would've gotten to know him sooner. His heart for Jesus is contagious. He's served in differnt ways for many years. I'm so thankful that he has joined us here at CHBC. He is currently teaching our adult discipleship group in addition to assisting me with other pastoral duties. Supporting him in this calling is his wife Amy and, while I haven't known her as long as I've known Chad, I'm so thankful she has joined our family!

I have had the privilege of serving with Cynthia for over a decade. She has a passion for Jesus and a love for the Church. She has worked in youth ministry for many years. After coming to CHBC, Cynthia has served in the youth and children's ministries, on our worship team, and serves as our church administrator, keeping all of us in line. Serving alongside her is her husband Frankie. He has a heart of service, helping serve in many capacities, running our sound booth for Sunday worship, leading our building and grounds team, cooking up some great food, whatever is needed.
