Toby has served in ministry since 2014 starting out in youth ministry. He came to CHBC in early 2019 as the family pastor and became the pastor of CHBC in November 2023. He has a passion for teaching others how to be a disciple of Jesus. Serving alongside him is his wife Jill. She has worked in children's and youth ministries and currently leads our women's ministry. Both Toby and Jill have a heart for worship and help with our worship team as well. 

We would like to welcome both Chad and Amy to the family. I've known Chad for many years but I've had the privilege of getting to really know his heart over the past few. I truly wish I would've gotten to know him sooner. His heart for Jesus is contagious. He's served as a Sunday school teacher, small group Bible study leader, and in youth, children, and men's ministries for many years. He is passionate about discipling others by challenging them to strive for their full potential in Jesus Christ. Supporting him in this calling is his wife Amy with her heart for the Lord and His Church. I look forward to seeing how God is going to use both of them at CHBC. 

I have had the privilege of serving with Cynthia for the better part of a decade. She has a passion for Jesus and a love for the Church. She has worked in youth ministry for many years. After coming to CHBC, Cynthia has served in the youth and children's ministries, on our worship team, and serves as our church administrator, keeping all of us in line. Serving alongside her is her husband Frankie. He has a heart of service, helping serve in youth ministry, running our sound booth for Sunday worship, and leads our building and grounds team.
